Group Reservations

Group Reservations are for those who wish to reserve 15 Suites or more.  The cancellation policy is 45 days.  Any Suites not held with a credit card, after the 45 days has elapsed, will be cancelled and returned to inventory.  For Groups with a Direct Bill Status and Contract, the policy is forfeiture of a 20% deposit.

The Lodge at the Bluffs is committed to providing quality service and hospitality.  We cannot always accommodate rooming requests (pre-assigned Suites) without notice in advance (45 days).  We have exactly 15 DDs (2 full size beds in each bedroom); 11 Kings and 10 Queens (this includes the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Suites).  The total number of Suites is 36.

The General Policies for Individual Reservations are applicable to all Group Reservations.  Please note that the maximum occupancy for each Suite is 4 (four).
