Confirmed Reservations

Reservations Without a Credit Card Are Not Confirmed And Are Subject to Cancellation. Those Reservations Within A Group Are Given 45 Days Prior to Arrival as Discussed Below In Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy for Individual Reservations is 72 hours. Our Cancellation Policy for Group Reservations is 45 days. A Contract And Deposit (20%) Is Required for Those Groups With Direct Bill Status upon receipt of contract. Group pick-up or individual credit card confirmation is required 45 days prior to arrival for all Group Reservations with the exception of Direct Bill Groups. All reservations not secured with a Credit Card will be cancelled.

The Lodge accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Pets

Unfortunately, Pets Are Not Allowed. Please Make Other Arrangements For Your Friends.

Taxes

All Suite Rates Are Subject to State and Parish Taxes That Are The Equivalent of 11%.

Damage Deposit

A One Night Deposit in the Amount of $175.00 Is Held On Every Guest's Credit Card And Released At Check-Out as a Damage Deposit. Please do not smoke in your Suite. We provide ashtrays and seating on the Verandas for our guests. Violation of the Smoking Policy will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit. Any damages in excess of $175.00 will be charged to your credit card.

Keys

Lost Or Unreturned Keys are $25. Your Suite Door Locks Automatically Behind You When You Exit As A Security Precaution. To Avoid An Unfortunate Lock-Out Occurrence, Please Unlock Your Door From The Inside Before Temporarily Exiting Suite. Please Keep One Key With You At All Times.

Lodge Office Hours

The office is open from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. , Monday through Saturday, 8am-5pm on Sunday.

Express Check-Out

If The Front Office Has Imprinted Your Credit Card And You Have Signed Your Registration Card, You May Leave Your Keys In The Drop Box At Guest Registration located in Building I, Lower Level. As you enter the Parking Lot, the Buildings are 4, 3, 2 and 1. Guest Registration and Check-In Are Marked by signage as Guest Registration.

Lodge Emergency

Please call Ed Trulson, Property Manager at 225-634-5222, cell phone: 225-244-2744. If the emergency is crucial, please dial 9 and then 911 from your suite telephone. The West Feliciana Parish Sheriff's office will respond.

Fishing and Hunting

No fishing or hunting is allowed at any place within The Bluffs community.

Candles and Cooking

No Cooking Is Allowed With The Exception of Microwaved Items. Suite #44 Is The Only Suite At The Lodge That Contains A Full Kitchen. Please Do Not Burn Candles In Your Suites. Damages From Spilled Candle Wax Will Be Assessed And Charged Back To Your Credit Card.

Outdoor Cooking on The Grounds of The Lodge

No Outdoor Cooking is Allowed on the Grounds, including, but not limited to: barbeque pits, crawfish boils, etc., etc.,

Decorations, Balloons and Directional Signs

No one is allowed to hang balloons, directional signs or any type of decorations on any Bluffs Directional Signs or Markings at The Lodge; or within the neighborhood.

Stay & Play Package

Stay & Play Rates Are Non-Refundable. The Stay & Play Rate is $109 (Weekdays - Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and $129 (Weekends - Friday & Saturday).
