The Bluffs Community Property Owners Association and the Owners of the Golf Course (Arnold Palmer, Designer, Championship 18-hole Course), The Chapel, Swimming Pools, Tennis Court, Sports Court, The Bluffs Restaurant and Turnhouse (with meeting space for 40), The Fitness Center, and the 5K Paved Jogging and Nature Trail offer The Lodge Guests access to all these amenities. Reservations for Golf, Chapel Rental, and the Bluffs Restaurant (Groups) are Required.

The residents welcome you and ask that you drive slowly as you pass through the Bluffs Neighborhood, slowing down at Cart Paths, and watching for children, bikers, walkers, joggers, and deer and other wildlife as they roam freely throughout the Community.
